Did you get that whelk? I want it! Earnestine didn't eat it, did she:)? What a breath-taking shot of the wave in golden light!
We didn't get that whelk, no, except on camera--and Earnestine didn't eat it, either. :) And the light was quite stunning the whole time we were there. But then, isn't it always, by the ocean?
