We don't have to think painting ("Brush strokes"), you know; it could be a flamingo piano--a flamingo keyboard (and the tune it would play would be Manfred Mann's "Pretty Flamingo," which is a really good song but which the oldies stations never play, hung up as they are on "Oowah-Diddy-Diddy-Dum-Diddy-Do," which is a good song, too, but they could give it a rest sometime).
Just to be clear: I don't work at the National Zoo--I just live near it. I'm originally from Detroit, most recently from Boston (where I got my Ph.D. in biology from Tufts University), and am now living in Washington, DC.
